Aquamarine Catering offers a variety of catering menus for every occasion. We can combine items from our various menus to suit your special event. For practical purposes, and so that you can quickly review our current choices, we have separated our menus into the following categories:
For those unfamiliar, a canape is a small, prepared and usually decorative food, held in the fingers and often eaten in one bite. Our canapes come from a wide selection of foods. They stretch the imagination and create some wonderful opportunities to make your menu truly inspiring. All canapes are priced per dozen.
This is our "traditional" menu - if there is such a thing. All of our plated selections reflect a selection of time-tested recipes from our experience in the food industry that goes back over a decade. We have a great flare for putting dishes together and matching items for every palate. Plated dishes come prepared, plated and designed for a generous individual serving. Plated menus are priced per person.
Buffet is likely our most flexible option, especially for larger events. This allows you to have generous portions and flexibility in the menu selections. We have sectioned our buffet menus by the meat, fish, poultry or lamb that will serve as the basis for the complimentary items. Our buffet menu is priced per person.Breakfast & Lunch
While it seems pretty straight forward, we find that our clients want some very specific menu items that reflect lighter fare with a variety smaller portions made to suite. Lunch may be served at any time and you can adapt our lunch menu to address brunches or afternoon affairs. Our lunch menu is priced on a per person basis.
